Mayor Promises To Give FREE Bitcoin To Residents, There’s Just One Catch

The people of Cool Valley, Missouri just might be gifted with a sizable Bitcoin endowment and it’s all because of the good-hearted nature of their mayor. He wants to make sure his town is taken care of and he believes in the power of Bitcoin.

Jayson Stewart, the Mayor of Cool Valley, has a great idea that other towns should look into adopting. He is the mayor of just over 1,100 people and that just might be an early Christmas gift they can all be thankful for when they get it.

He’s looking for the money now and he has several options. He thinks there might be some money in the Covid relief fund the city will get when the government finally sends it. He also has a few donors who have agreed to match funds if he does a fundraiser to buy the Bitcoin. As a final resort, he might use city funds. But he’s determined to make it happen.

When asked about his plans, Stewart had this to say:

I have friends whose lives have been completely changed, like going from working a regular nine to five job to being worth over 80 million dollars in a matter of a few years.

There is one catch that he wants to stipulate if he gets the funds to award everyone the $1,000 in Bitcoin. He says he’d like to make sure they hold onto it for up to five years. He’d hate to see them sell it early when it’s projected to shoot up in value to $500,000 in just a few short years. Some experts are calling for it to hit $1 Million.

Just like the Mayor of Jackson, Tennessee who also has projected Bitcoin’s phenomenal growth, when politicians start coming on board that should tell you something about where Bitcoin is going. There are always going to be people stuck in their ways. It’s hard to budge them into the future. But Mayor Stewart seems to have gotten the message and it would be nice to be a resident of Cool Valley right about now.

Give yourself the gift of Bitcoin!
